  I was a firm believer in the saying, “If you want the job done right, do it yourself,” until Andy Demian first did some work for us. He remodeled our large kitchen, a major project that included moving a doorway and installing a hardwood floor and all new cabinets, and we were so impressed with the quality of his work that three years later we hired him to gut and remodel our master bath and our hall bath. If you have high standards and want the job done “right,” and if you want a stress-free project where you never have to oversee the work being done, Andy’s your guy. He takes immense pride in his work and has the skills, talent and mindset to do a stellar job. His workmanship was superb every step of the way on each project. You can’t go wrong with Andy.

  My first project with Andy and Katie was a new kitchen. This project was done with great care to details. Katie listened to my description to what was important to me then made suggestions to make a design to emphasize what I found useful with low upkeep. Changes to this 60s kitchen opened it up to the living room, dining room and entranceway. It also brought outdoor light into the kitchen in a big way.
  Once the kitchen was finished, I asked Andy and Katie to do a major remodel of my home office from the floor up. I spend a lot of time in my office and find the end product to be comfortable and organized. Andy created a large walk in closet where I can hide all the clutter that goes with an office.
  My most recent project with Andy and Katie was to gut and reconstruct the guest bathroom. It is not a spacious bathroom but it is now very functional, attractive and easy to maintain which is a huge plus in my book!
  Andy and Katie both get an A++ in my book.

  Andy and Katie were so easy to work with. They are very professional and have a great eye for detail. Katie brought our vision to life and was very helpful in the design process. Andy’s skills and craftsmanship are very high quality and he is very knowledgeable. We love our fireplace remodel and new cabinets and shelving! We would definitely use them again for future projects!

  Andy and Katie made the building process very easy. We chose them to help us get built-in cabinets in our mudroom. From the very first meeting, I felt very confident in their abilities to understand my vision and get this project completed in a timely manner. Both Andy and Katie were very good communicating the process and contacting them with questions was very easy. We are extremely pleased with the way that the project turned out. Andy did a great job with installation and I was very impressed with his attention to detail as well as the fact that he cleaned up everything when he was done. If we need to do any other projects, we will definitely be contacting Andy and Katie.

  When we first welcomed Andy and Katie into our home to discuss our dreams for our kitchen, we felt something different than we experienced from previous contractors that walked in our door. From day one, their focus was to build a trustworthy relationship with us. They listened to our thoughts and created a design beyond what we thought was possible. They were always on time, great at communicating, set honest expectations, and delivered excellent quality work.
  Andy and Katie knew with our busy family of 5 we not only needed an updated style but also a space that was very functional. The design was extremely well thought out and even improved over time as they got to know our family. Katie was always there to help guide us through design details and would always be willing to help change the fine details when we had a new idea.
  Despite our busy lives and young family, Andy did everything he could to make sure we were comfortable amongst the chaos of walls coming down and our whole main level being dismantled. He thoughtfully planned a make-shift kitchen that helped make meal time less stressful. He insured we had running water and functioning washer and dryer whenever possible. He kept to his weekly timeline and communicated any updates to help us best plan around even the smallest changes. It was as painless as could possibly be.
  Throughout the project we have had nothing but great things to say about AD Remodeling. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship, the quality of materials, and the treatment of their clients delivered an excellent experience for our family and our home.
