      I had asked the neighbor, who abuts my property, if he would remove dead trees, as they had caused damage to my shingles with me needing a new roof. I told the neighbor the roof was to be replaced in 4-6 weeks. Terry Owner of affordable trees appeared a few days later and rather than assess for me to gain understanding, he questioned how I knew it was the neighbors property. I told him the neighbor had most recently had a survey done and it reflect the trees being on his property line. Instead of offering me his professional judgement of the status of the dead trees, He questioned me as to why I don't just buy the property for the neighbor and worry about my own maintenance. He quoted me an outrageous price for the removal, obviously trying to take advantage of a woman homeowner. As the owner of the company, I think he needs to learn how to be a professional business owner in the City of North Olmsted. The interaction left me more upset than I needed to be with him on my private property uninvited.
