  Bought a new dryer that wasn't working well. Spoke with Drew the owner of Advantaclean of the westside who was very informative. His team of Paul and Seth were able to be here in 2 days and clean the vent duct from the dryer across a 2 car garage to outside the house. The technicians had to go up in the crawl space above the garage and search through insulation to find the vent line and discovered the vent line was partially detached. They also removed an old bird's nest. Both technicians were very professional and cleaned up the astonishing amount of lint that came out of the duct line exiting from the dryer. I will definitely have the duct cleaned on a regular basis in the future as they recommended. Due to the positive experience I will also be scheduling a cleaning of the air/heater ducts in the future. I was able to cancel the return of the new dryer as it works excellently since the dryer vent line is clear. Highly recommend this company.

  Drew and his team did our encapsulation a few years ago, and when I called him recently about a smell, he came over the very next morning to determine the issue. We value the relationship we have with Drew and his team and would highly recommend their services to anyone who needs their services. Great job, good people - a perfect combination!

  On April 19,2023, Drew ****** came with his technicians Paul, Kerry, and Seth and explained how they would remediate and remove the mold in our attic. They covered all our rugs and were respectful of our property. They explained exactly what they would do and later before they began, Paul showed us the pictures of the attic mold. They worked over 4 hours, and afterwards Paul showed us videos of the cleaned areas throughout the attic. Drew explained how we could keep the mold out of the attic by installing the Atmox Attic Ventilation System Apex 2.0 attic control set, 3 225 CFM exhaust fans. We agreed and he ordered the fans and the technicians came back a week later to install them. Paul explained how we can use the controller that will let us know if there is a trouble with the fans. They also installed a sensor outside so that the temperature and humidity will activate the fans to keep out moisture. We are pleased with the work they did, and the way they explained what they were doing and they answered all our questions. ***** * ******** ***** **

  I had 3 pipes burst the day after Xmas with water everywhere. I called Advantaclean and they came out the next day. Where do I start with Drew(owner) and his team. Kerry, Paul and Seth called before they came and communicated everything they were going to do. They were professional, courteous and experts in their field. They removed all the ceiling drywall, dried out the attic and floor., even Drew the owner came out daily including New years day to monitor the drying process. They even gave me referrals for a plumber and drywall guy. Do not hesitate to call this company for water mitigation and many other services they provide.
