    ********************* owner and operator of Disko's Outdoor Structures LLC. Unfortunately I hired him to redo my deck. He portrayed himself as a professional licensed, bonded, and insured *********. That couldn't be further from the truth. He hasn't a clue how to measure, use and/or have the proper tools to redo a deck or any work that he advertises. I paid for all materials and gave him half down which was clearly a mistake. Never worked one day from 11am to 5 or 6pm like he claimed. He used his family as an excuse to leave work early twice and left a mess behind. Claimed he had a guy work with him but never saw him until the last day but never picked up a tool from what I could see. Friday evening I left and just told him to finish and I knew I wasn't paying him another dime. He wanted to come back and fix what I wasn't happy with so I proposed he give me all the documents I was requesting and we would talk. I knew he could not furnish them as I knew he was incapable of fixing the mess he created. So he threatened to take me to court and he did. Tried suing me for more than what I owed him. He thought he could add the screws he forgot to have me purchase to an already agreed upon contract. Judge didn't see it that way. I had pictures and video that obviously was pretty compelling because I, the defendant won. The judge stated in the judgement that if I had a contractor to back up my other allegations of damage he would of granted me more. We all know I will never see a dime. If he was such a reputable contractor he wouldn't be cashing his checks at a check cashing establishment. The bottom line is he stole from me knowingly he could not perform the job duties he was claiming. Do your homework before you hire anyone. You can go to the NilesMunicipalCourt.com and look up the judgement to see for yourself. I wish I could post the pictures I have because they are despicable to say the least. I had to hire someone to fix his mess. I'm out way more than he owes me. KARMA awaits.
