    Subject: ********************* and Unresolved Issue I am writing to share my disappointing experience with Whiskey River Soap. On July 18th, I encountered an issue with a product that I purchased from them. Despite the fact that the mistake was entirely on their part, they have shown no willingness to rectify the situation or compensate me for the inconvenience caused.After notifying the company of the issue, I was informed that I needed to return the product. This process involved retrieving the product from the store, packaging it for return, and making multiple phone calls and sending numerous emails. Throughout this time-consuming process, the company made no effort to offer any form of compensation or gesture of goodwill.Even though I am their customer, their handling of this situation has been nothing short of poor customer service. As a result, I am reconsidering selling their products in the future. It is disheartening to be on the losing end of this situation, while the company and other vendors face no repercussions.I am awaiting a refund and would like to know how long this will take once the product is back in their possession. I hope that sharing this experience will encourage the company to improve their customer service practices and prevent others from facing similar issues.
