    I had AMG heating and cooling install a new furnace and a/c in our condo in February of 2023. Adam sent out a crew to do the install. Things seemed to go ok, but as job was getting finished there were several things that did not meet my liking. When I brought this up to Adam, he said that he was so busy that he just hired the crew he sent out to do our install. They did respond and corrected the mistakes. However, when summer came and they a/c unit needed to have coolant install, Adam came to to add coolant and I told him at that time that the a/c unit was extremely load when it first started up. He just seemed to be unconcerned and did nothing. Even during the install the men got some sort of oil or liquid on my siding. At the time, I brought that up to Adam. His response was nothing also.

    AMG HEATING & AIR. We had 4 guys out to install TWO FULL HVAC systems. 2 furnaces + humidifier & 2 ACs. I simply can't not say enough GOOD, really even GREAT things about this company. CUSTOMER SERVICE - We had 4 guys out for our install (Brady, Qe, Adam & Dalton). They got it done in 1 day! ALL of the guys were clean, kind, professional, courteous, good natured, good spirited people. They helped with a smile, were very down to earth, stayed on task. When I had questions, they had good answers. They did a VERY clean install and exceeded my expectations. A+ 10/10 for their level of customer service. TIMING - VERY FAST - 2 full HVAC systems in 1 day. Less than 1 week to schedule install. EXPERTISE - When it comes to HVAC install even more important than the brand of HVAC you go with is WHO is installing it. A Crap installer will make the very best equipment run like trash. A GREAT installer can make even mediocre equipment run at it's best. And in my case, GREAT equipment + GREAT installers without a doubt has led to a GREAT install and I expect great runtime out of these units. In fact I would say that I am confident that I will have great operations out of these units based on how good they did with the install. PRICING - Matched our best price! LAST THOUGHTS - These guys did hit a grand slam with this install doing an amazing job and I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend them to family, friends, and anyone else. They are a smaller company but me personally, I'd rather go with a smaller company who are still eager to impress and let work speak volumes to their growth. In my experience, you simply get BETTER customer service from "smaller" companies working on growing vs. from larger companies who could care less if they have you as a customer or not. They went above and beyond on a few things for me without so much as a grumble. Without a doubt, I made the right gamble with these guys. I simply can not say enough good things about this company!
