Always appreciative when another small business owners customer service matches our own. Holly and Senita went and above and beyond to take care of us when another customer decided not to return the motor home we rented. I can't say enough good things about what could've been a terrible experience, and a crummy start to an overdue vacation. If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you, ladies! ??

This company is one big scam. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. We recently used them for a camper repair in April. When we brought the camper to them, they said that they were getting parts in about 6 weeks. We had to bring the camper in multiple times as the parts did not arrive when they told us. Every time they worked on our camper, they left a huge mess (soap spilled everywhere, they used our hand towels and dirtied them, and left sawdust inside). The repairs also took much longer than we were told, in addition to the poor customer service, so we decided we wanted the rest of the work done elsewhere. The staff went crazy and name called us, called the cops on us, and kept money we gave them for repairs we never had completed. When we asked for our money back, they texted us a higher price for everything we had completed that did not match the quote we were given. We never were asked to sign anything or were never told that our deposit would be nonrefundable. It is now November and the camper is still not repaired and we are out time and money. We rented an RV from them a few years ago and had a similar experience. They did not communicate to us that hitches were not included in the rental and so we had to pay for one onsite even though we had one at our home. They also told us when we arrived that the units were not pet friendly even though their website said they were. They also made us hours late for our vacation and when we addressed these issues with them, they did not make any accommodations or offer a small discount. Bad leadership, poor customer service, and lack of communication are to blame. We will NEVER be going back and will be sure to share our experience with those we know.

I don't know who Sabrina C. is but this must be regarding her boyfriend Ryan D***** who brought his damaged travel trailer into our company to get repaired after hitting a telephone pole and damaged the one side of his brand new travel trailer. We quoted Ryan at close to $19,000 for all the repairs. Ryan agreed to have us do all the repairs and then days later said he didn't want to put all the damages through on his insurance and wanted to run some of them through warranty where he wouldn't have to pay for the damage that were actually caused by the collision. Ryan then asked us to create an invoice for his insurance for all $19,000 dollars to collect a check from them and told us we would take care of all the repairs. Once Ryan received the check he told us to file a warranty claim to cover some of the issues he already was paid for by insurance and wanted us to say that the issues with his unit were not caused by the accident but were warranty repairs that needed addressed by the manufacturer and wanted us to file those claims on his behalf which would be insurance fraud and warranty fraud on both fronts. When we told him we wouldn't do that he became very irate and said he was coming up to pick his RV up. We told him once his parts arrive that we had ordered he could come pick them up which he did. As for them saying they had a bad experience with our company when they rented from us yrs ago they gave us 5 stars so that is funny that Sabrina would say otherwise. You would think if they had such a bad experience with our company they wouldn't then come to us with such a big repair yrs later if they thought our company would not take good care of them....but thats there pitch after not helping them with insurance fraud. Sincerely, Kirk M*****

Dear Kirk, Please let me provide clarification for the misinformation you are again providing: 1. Ryan, is my husband, not my boyfriend. 2. I am attaching time stamped photos of the warranty concerns we had when we purchased the trailer. As you can see, one image shows the purchase date of April 15th, and the following images are of the warranty concerns that were take on on April 17th.

The accident occurred on April 22nd. Of course we would want warranty concerns handled separately from the damages that occurred, because we would not be required to pay for those issues since it was before the accident and were due strictly to faulty design. 3. Once we received poor service from this business, we chose not to continue to have additional repairs completed. This upset the owner and he kept our deposit. We were never told that our money was not refundable and were never asked to sign anything stating that pricing could change. The last time we checked, it is up to the customer to determine where they want service completed. We did have some of the work completed from RV Life, but decided to go elsewhere to complete the remaining work due to poor service. 4. We recently received a call from a former employee who handled our issue while they worked for Kirk. This former employee admitted that they were asked to inflate the cost of the project because it was being paid by insurance. This former employee also admitted to being asked to run the warranty repairs through the insurance, per Kirk, because RV Life has to wait to be paid by the manufacturer for warranty repairs. The last time I checked, this is considered insurance fraud. 5. We did have an accident. We did not want to damage our brand new trailer but it was unfortunately what happened. The only reason why we opted to use RV Life for the repairs over other companies, even after a previously poor experience, was because Kirk told us they were able to get parts shipped quickly. At the time of the accident, other RV shops were quoting 6-8 months for parts. This was ultimately, also not true as the parts took months. 6. I (we) did not previously leave a 5 star review. You couldn't pay me money to leave this company a good review. I would NEVER leave a good review for this crook. Please fact check this! Yet again spreading false information... 7. All we wanted was our money back that we gave this company, for repairs that did not happen. Including a gutter repair that we we were charged for but was never completed. Since this did not happen, I think it's only fair to let others know our experience so it doesn't happen to them. If you look at the Google reviews for this company, there are several other bad reviews that claim a similar experience that we had as well as a similar BBB complaint. Thanks, Sabrina
