    I found the company online and talk to a guy name Dee Dee he told me he will email paper to put my info on the for them to ship my part exhaust cam for $250 plus shipping $50 make $300 and they will call u back to give the track# ?? never got the call. They know that Chevy is out of stock worldwide on back order for 6 months and the parts only a $140 brand new. I've been looking for this part for 2 weeks smh now I thought with Moraine auto parts for $300 still no part and know Refund So basically they just stole my money it doesn't take 2 weeks to pull the parts and call back with tracking # They must don't even have the part so they lie to customers to take they money just refund my money.

    Moraine ripped us off. I priced a whole side door assembly which was listed online before driving 5 hours. They added $100 to the price to include the inner panel, which is a part of the door assembly. We didn't buy the listed lid/gate door assembly (the back trunk door) which they vociferously tried to sell me. When my wife called for a refund, as I was clearly quoted $100 less for the listed door, the manager pulled all these male gaslighting numbers on her. She had been skeptical about the trunk door, & I waited while she obtained information from Honda that it, in fact, is a different part number than the door that we needed. On the phone the manager was loudly insulting, told her that she mistreated me (for having me wait for the information she was getting!), that she needed to call me, or needed to have me call them, loudly repeating himself over & over, when in fact they had cheated us on the pricing.
    Just know that any response they make to complaints herein are a pack of lies. We heard their lies all about the trunk; it was unbelievable how many lies they came up with. With their behavior, rest assured, anything they have to say is just a bunch of hooey. They are a bunch of shysters and cannot be trusted to give any accurate information.

    My wife ordered a mirror for her Toyota Corolla and paid 1/2 the $132 and was told it take 2-3 days for delivery. She called in at that time to obtain the mirror and, was informed that it would take an additional 2-3 days to get it delivered. She went back to the store and, was again told that the mirror was not available and could not be given a delivery date. She stated to me that the person waiting on her was " rude and grumpy." She requested to cancel the order and be issued a refund for the deposit. After waiting an unreasonable time for a manager, she went to her vehicle and phoned me as to what she should do. I told her to just leave and, we would dispute the credit card charge with our bank.
    I called the store and, requested that she be issued a refund to the card and, the guy on the phone became rude and insulting towards me. I informed him that we would just dispute the charge with our bank. He then became even more insulting to me and at one point stated "your mother didn't raise you right." He went on to say that it would take longer to dispute the charge. Not sure what that meant as I immediately phoned my bank and disputed the charge.
    Warning to ALL, this business is a no class act and, disrespects the customers that go there!

    Your wife ordered the part from our business which we were upfront and let her know we needed to order this part. We did not have this specific part in stock at the time she placed her order and we wanted to help her out by sourcing one for her which she agreed to and appreciated. Since the day we placed the order, we gave your wife the tracking information and all details needed. This whole situation was not caused from our business but delayed because of the shipping company (UPS) which we have absolutely no control over. Your wife clearly had access to the tracking information and still decided to come last week to pickup the part that was obviously not arrived yet. When your wife came in, we viewed the tracking of the part with her so we could both be on the same page and we even informed her that it was not our fault and the shipping company is putting us both in a bad spot due to their delays. We offered your wife a full refund for the deposit she paid originally when she came here on Friday 06/09/2023 and in a fit of rage she did not understand that we had no control over the delayed shipment that was caused by UPS and decided to go to her car and call you for assistance on her behalf. You then called our business and talked to John one of our sales reps and you cursed him several times and kept telling him that "I don't need my ******* money back, I need my ******* part" and slammed the phone on him when he tried to explain to you the whole situation. You then called and asked to speak to a manager and got ahold of two other sales reps and repeatedly cussed them out for absolutely no reason. Finally, when the manager entered the office, he contacted you and you made several racial slurs towards him and kept cussing him out when we was only trying to help you. Today on 06/13/2023, your part finally came in. We contacted your wife and she was very calm and collected from the beginning while you were very rude and disrespectful since you first called. From the beginning of this sale, we only wanted to help your wife because she explained how she cannot find it anywhere except the dealer and she could not afford their costs. This whole situation was cause by a shipping company we had no control over it. We didn't deserve to be treated the way we were by the husband. We like to cater to our customers' needs but we refuse to take blame for another companies' mishap.

    Although I was not privy to the entire conversation, but I did overhear her talking to Your business that was supposedly “entrusted” to furnish the mirror. I heard her on at least three different occasions, asking for a tracking number from the business that they could not provide. FYI, in case you hadn’t noticed she has a handicap sticker on her car due to Parkinson’s disease. Not that your business wouldn’t really even care about that but no one at that company ever went out of their way to assist her or recognize issues. The main concern was ordering apart, taking a credit card number and after that she was left on her own and after numerous request for asking for assistance, I felt the need to step in and dispute the credit card charge, because the product was never delivered. My attempt to talk to someone about the dispute was met with someone that wanted to belittle me about how I was raised by my parents, which I found most offensive the argument that ensued I will qualify yes, the arrogant person I was speaking to screamed and yelled at me And disrespected my elderly status . I stand by all of my comments made to whoever the ignorant person was, and this information is being forwarded to the credit card company as part of my dispute to return my money that was taken in earnest that your company could not provide service and or products.
