    Small businesses like Hannah and Joseph’s are what we need to keep supporting. Everything down to the small details in the customer service, pricing, delivery times, packaging, quality control, follow-up were all perfect. If I could post a picture of what I received you would be blown away. Hand written notes, a double checked packing list, a sticker, a complimentary bag of jelly beans, double wrapped bubble packing. All perfect! Thank you so much for what you guys are doing, don’t stop doing what you love! Thank you so much!!

    The customer support is unbeatable.
    A live person picks up the phone with no wait time! The response was kind and constructive and the issue was resolved fast and easy.
    By the way, there was a carrier's fault, NOT a Partsbuilt 3D fault.
    We are a happy customer and it is good to know that there is a great service to help with hard-to-find parts for your 3D printer.
