This company has no problem lying just to get you to go away. We have been trying to get our furnace (which is under warranty) for months now. Each time we call we get a member of a customer service pool who says that they will have a manager call us, It's been over three months and we have never received a call from a manager. They forgot to order a part leading to us being without heat for days in the middle of December, We add ask multiple questions just to twist them up and get them to admit that they forgot to order the park prior to that they were lying and stating that the part just hadn't been delivered. It's like talking to a dishonest toddler every time you get on the phone with these people, It's easy to get people the benefit of the doubt. But when you catch lie after lie you need to assume that they all lies. This company has no problem lying in order to save face.

If I could give negative stars I would. Since taking over all these other companies and getting their new Manager, Ryan, everything has gone downhill. They should have kept John around, but they don't know a good thing when they see it. The management plays favorites with their techs. There's no communication between the office and the techs. They send plumbing out to do HVAC jobs, that then makes the tech look lousy and unknowledgeable, WHEN ITS NOT THEIR DEPT. They like to give the same 2 guys all the jobs that make money, while leaving all the other techs to twiddle their thumbs. And apparently, they like to 'steal' other employees from companies and promise them money, but they have to fire current employees to do that. Highly recommend taking your business elsewhere for QUALITY SERVICE!

Better communication among the departments is urgently needed!! We've used Anderson since at least 2012 and are long standing members of their Comfort Club. We've noticed a real change in customer service since they merged with several other HVAC companies. At first, we figured they were having challenges merging all the businesses, but it's gotten too frustrating to ignore. Early this year, we called them to send a tech to look at our furnace which had been making a strange noise. He diagnosed the problem and ordered a new part and told us it was backordered and would take a few weeks. We were still experiencing cold winter temps, so were a little nervous that we might end up with no heat. We waiting a month and then called to ask if the part had come in. We were told that there had gotten a call from us to cancel the order. Uh, NO, we would not have done that, and did not do that! So they reordered the part and the tech finally fixed the problem. But my questions is how could their records show that we cancelled a part that was detrimental to keeping our furnace operating. This was really strange. To the present day, our furnace check-up guy didn't show up last week. I had received a text message the day before the appointment, confirming the date and time of the appointment, so when he didn't show I called Anderson and they said they had had to reschedule. Okay, so now we're on the books for next month. And not even an hour after scheduling this new appointment I get a call from an Anderson employee telling me that he had received an email from me that showed I was interested in heating and cooling service and to schedule a service appointment. NOPE, wasn't me and I didn't even know you could email anyone at Anderson! So, please, whoever is in charge over there ... train your office staff, and communicate with them to help them to do a better job. As an aside, we've had no issues with their techs.

We requested an estimate for a furnace and AC. The expense was too much for us so we decided to just have the furnace and an AC coil installed for future AC. The day after we had the install we received a text offering a FREE FURNACE with the purchase of AC. This offer was good for the entire week. I contacted Anderson and wanted to know why this offer was available and I was not told about it as we would have taken that deal. I was told to wait a few days as they were not aware corporate was sending out this offer. They called me back the next week and offered to put my AC in for $2,000 less than the original offer. My furnace was alone $5,695 and my total bill was $12,395 so I declined their offer. They gave me a contact at their corporate office. I contacted this person at their headquarters by email and phone. He never responded. I feel this is deceptive advertising trying to get me to spend another $4,000 to finish the job. I appreciate the BBB and this platform to warn other potential customers to beware.

The technician did a good job. However, in coming down from my attic (where my furnace is located), he stepped on a shelf in my closet instead of his ladder. The shelf came crashing down under his weight. The tech apologized and took pictures which he said he would file with his report. He said I would be contacted by the company about making repairs. That was 7 months ago and I was never contacted. I called the company numerous times and was always told someone would get back to me. I was also told that the pictures were in the file. I will not do business with them again and cannot recommend them to others.

The technicians arrived on time, worked efficiently and left my basement as they found it. The installation of my HVAC system was perfect and it works beautifully. Rob and Blake were personable, pleasant and polite.
