      Darn! I should have looked here before starting this crappy insurance. NEVER AGAIN! They will try everything to get you to not pay them and then charge you $8 installment fee every time you have to pay them. They charge you $8 to PAY THEM MONTHLY? What in the world?
      Then, they will send you a bill 2 days before the due date and then, you are screwed. They will make you run around town just to pay the bill: western union, money order, or a cashier's check just to pay them. Then, if you're lat - they will charge you a late fee.
      Well guess what I did. I just paid the whole thing in full with CASH to get rid of their lame tactics! This is BS!!! I have a graduate degree and it was like jumping hoops just to pay their asses. They will nickel and dime you for every transaction.
      I will NOT be renewing with crappy business! DO NOT GET THEM!!! Unless you want to be nickeled and dimed.
      PROGRESSIVE NEEDS TO BE MORE PROGRESSIVE WITH THEIR PAYMENT OPTIONS. THEY DON'T WANT YOU TO PAY THEM JUST SO THEY CAN CHARGE LATE FEES AND INSTALLMENT FEES.

      I submitted a quote for insurance for AUTO and HOME. They provided the quote online and said they are reviewing it. They have asked me for Tax Bill, Mortgage Statement, Electric Bill, other insurance, and several other confidential information. Then, they said that I need to submit a new quote and start over.
      I believe this is a FRAUDULENT company and should be reported.

      Don’t ever do business with progressive. My son had an accident and he been waiting since May 3rd and all they are doing is delaying the claim. They want to total his car and the shop said it’s not a total loss. He been with them for almost 5 years and paying this company and now they don’t want to pay for anything and just consider it a loss. Terrible customer service and rude reps over the phone. Do your self a favor and stay far away from this company.

      I checked my account and noticed something was wrong so I checked that progressive took a additional 155.00 dollars out of my account without my permission. They claimed I had 2 vehicles which I did not I found out a insurance rep never took my old vehicle off my insurance when they discovered the mistake they said they would credit my account I said that was unacceptable if you are looking for great insurance look somewhere else progressive is terrible

      Transferred back and forth between agents. Had to call 3 times in one day while trying to work. Not very helpful. Ended up changing insurance agents all together.

      I give progressive car insurance a big noting 0 rating. I had a park accident and not my fault. But my passenger got hurt. But he had to stay with me 14 days and homeless. I let him use my address for important mail only. Progressive put him as my household without my permission. Now 200 dollars more on my insurance cause he don't drive and no drivers license. I am quitting this company fast and I see others too did.

      DO NOT GET CAR INSURANCE WITH PROGRESSIVE. THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND CANCEL YOUR POLICY FOR NO REASON AND REFUSE TO REINSTATE. THEN REQUIRE YOU TO PLACE A NEW DEPOSIT FOR A NEW POLICY WHILE ALSO RAISING THE RATE OVER $200/MONTH FOR THE NEW POLICY EVEN THOUGH NOTHING HAS CHANGED. REPRESENTATIVES ARE RUDE AND UNHELPFUL.

      I canceled my policy with them in a timely manner and was assured that I would have no further payments due. Two months later and now they want to send me to collections over $178. Their policy was costing me around $90 monthly. I found a much cheaper policy with better coverage for $37 a month and the woman I spoke with to cancel obviously lied to me about closing the account and then also lied about me not owing anything. Told them to go ahead and sell it to collections because I’ll be disputing any and all charges from progressive. Disgusting company. Do not get a policy from Progressive.

      WORST insurance company I have ever dealt with! I was in a car accident and had to file a claim and my vehicle is still not fixed, and I am going on the ninth week since the accident. I have brought the vehicle into the collision center recommended by Progressive 5-7 times so far and I have been stranded on the side of the road twice after picking the vehicle up. I reached out to Progressive to make them aware and express my concerns and frustrations and numerous Progressive adjusters (including managers) hung up on me, laughed and told me I was rude. DO NOT choose Progressive for your insurance company.....they DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!

      Caught them over charging me brought to there attention then they said i had to cancel current policy to remove person they added they told me they canceled policy had to do new one then wanted 1200 dollars for new policy so I called around and saved going through ******* **** I called progressive three freaking times for crazy billing when they canceled me after I caught them stealing money from me for person who didn't live here instead of reimbursement there trying to take me to collections on a policy they terminated there crazy,liars and cheats they'll lie right to you I had to call and cancel three times when they canceled my policy trying to punish me for catching them ripping me off
