  I worked *************** to have my data recovered from my hard drive. He always kept me informed during the recovery process and followed up with me after the recovery was completed and returned to me. I would recommend this company.

  Getting data back from a faulty drive is not cheap, but **** with Secure Data Recovery made the process much easier. Great customer service!

  I have been running a personal server for years. Unwisely, I did not have proper backups of my data due to cost considerations. Little did I consider the cost of not having appropriate backups when needed. After more than one of my disks in my RAID5 bit the dust simultaneously, i was in a tight spot. I contacted Secure Data Recovery and *************************** was incredibly helpful in getting my case handled. Their services are not cheap, but if you are in a bind and need your data retrieved from disks gone bad, they get the job done. Worth every ***** to have my data back and secure (with proper backups this time!). Would definitely use them again, but hopefully won't have to!

  ****** * was very helpful and explained everything along the way so that I could get my data back. He always gave great instructions and let me know where my disk drive was in the process.   Very good recovery. Very pricey, but they did deliver on time and saved a lot of my data. The data came on a really nice encrypted external hard drive. ******* ******* was a great rep to work with. He helped me through the whole process.

  **** at Secure Data Recovery was great to work with and timely in responses to my questions. I was able to get most of my data back and I would recommend them, especially with the difficult cases of losing precious information.

  I was in a panic when I realized my flash drive memory was lost and needed to retrieve. I researched about the companies do the memory recovery services and Secure Data Recovery was recommended by one of my brother's friends who works in IT. *************************** helped me through from the beginning until the end. He was very quick in responses and he provided me all the information I needed. On top of that, he worked with my financial situation and helped me get a reasonable price for my recovery needs. Although it was still on the pricey side, it was money well spent to retrieve my data and much faster than anticipated. **** really provided exceptional services and I really feel everyone should get the same services as I got from ****. You definitely made me feel comfortable and was able to trust your work. You and your team did great work! Thank you so much!!!

  *******, my account representative, was absolutely amazing to work with! I know I can be slow to respond to emails and whatnot but he was always extremely patient and lovely every time we spoke. He was always very clear with instructions and laying out exactly what was going on with my drive and the next steps I had to take. I was surprised how easy the portal was to navigate, you know sometimes these kinds of services make you jump through a lot of hoops but I was always pleasantly surprised. They were nice enough to work with me on budgeting for the service and since I wasn't on a tight timeline everything worked out super well for me. I was devastated when my drive crashed, be warned apparently dual solid state and normal drives are not super reliable yet, but I think they were able to restore about 99% of the drive, give or take some THANKFULLY random files I didn't need. Can't recommend these guys enough and especially ******* (doubly so if you're like me and forget to check your email or are a bit flighty, he's great at always following up). Thanks guys!! Now to organize my drive

  I was crushed when I couldn't retrieve files from an external hard drive with all of my year's wedding backups and my daughter's first year in photography competition images. **** was my rep and helped facilitate help through Secure Data. They saved our work and we are so thankful!
