      I could not have asked for a better customer service representative than *****************************. My iPhone SE was stuck in a boot loop after running out of storage and I hadn't backed up any of my photos, videos, or audio recordings from the last four years. Apple and other repair places told me the only option was to factory reset the phone and lose everything, but ******** assured me Secure Data Recovery would be able to retrieve all of my data. He was there every step of the way to answer questions and understood the importance of this personal data to me. He always responded in a timely manner on both email and phone. Thanks to him and the *** team, I have my priceless memories back and will always be grateful for their help and great service. They even sent the phone back in working order!

      ************ was so helpful helping me! Our professional photography studio had a master hard drive go down. He made sure we were able to get everything squared away with the insurance company and they were able to retrieve all the files we needed. Will ALWAYS use Secure Data Recovery in the future!

      I stumbled onto Secure Data Recovery after searching for a data recovery company. I fried a hard drive of mine during a PSU swap. ***************************** was my rep and he absolutely incredible!! This company really strives to provide a professional, quality experience. He kept me informed with timely calls and emails and made the process so easy. The work was even finished faster than quoted. I cannot thank ******** and Secure Data enough. If you need data recovery, don't waste your or time or money with anyone else.

      DRS recovered 90% of the data on my failed hard drive at a reasonable price. The service rep **** was great to work with. Definitely 5 stars.

      I was originally introduced to Secure Data through ************. They suggested I call them when my external hard drive crashed. From there, ************************* walked me through the process of filing a claim and getting my data back 4 weeks faster than when promised. Constant communication and understanding the process made this whole process a lot easier. Very quick turn-around on my recovery. Years worth of my kids pictures back to my family and I. Thank you ****** and Secure Data. Worth every dime!!!

      I have to say that I read all of the positive reviews about ************* Recovery and found them to be accurate. ****, was extremely helpful and responsive. They were able to get all of my data for me and at a cost that was acceptable. My friend who is an IT manager in a large company recommended them to me because of his good experience with them.
