  Do not sign a contract with this company these people are scams it took me 3 yrs to find out. As a paying customer they keep holding my cheques and not depositing my payments and charging me interest for none payment when my cheques is just sitting on their desk. We did signed a contract but we signed up for good professional service which we didn't receive so just because we just decided to cancel after months of being giving the run around they came up with an amount of over $4000 to cancel for a trash service. So please be careful if you are dealing with this company if you considering doing business with this company i would suggest you take your business elsewhere to avoid a lot of headache and problems.

  Never use this company. They are the epitome of corporate greed. Over price everything.
  Sales Rep lies about contract. You are stuck for 5 years unless you get a lawyer.
  They are the worse of the worse.

  Seriously unethical business practices. I am having my lawyer trying to get me out of the contract they say I am locked into.
  When I bought the business in August the left hand had no idea what the right hand was doing. 2 different branch offices were basically saying I had an account with them. Then it has taken 2 months for the branches to figure out who was billing me. getting double billed. I can't get away from them.
  Absolutely do not do business with them.

  Charge min. of $ 960.00 for two hrs service call regardless the outcome of the fix, sound like money pit to me. Deal with braches in Baltimore MD area, watch out, try @ your own risk.

  We have been billed multiple times for services we never received. I have called a number of times to complain and have told them we didn't want their services (not that they showed up or even did a good job!). Now I have another bill for $700. Their AR department is rude and unhelpful. I ended up having to call our service rep to get resolution (which he didn't correct!). They get you in by promising nice holders (toilet paper/paper towel) and once they are installed you can't stop unless they remove them (they are attached to the walls!). They are a bunch of crooks!

  I have a few negative things I could say but I'll say just one.
  For some reason a simple change from short sleeve uniform shirt to Long Sleeve and only 4 cant even be done correctly and yet they continue to charge for double that when the employee hasn't had the correct uniforms for just about a month now.

  Cintas is as bad as it gets. Horrible customer service and, if you complain to management, be prepared for initial indifference followed by threats of litigation. My company made the mistake of doing business with the Lawrenceville, Georgia location and I am having to deal with a person named Juan P**** A*****. Again, as bad as it gets. Stay away from this company.

  Cintas is a deceptive and blatantly has corrupts business practices. While my saga with Cintas has extended more than a year now, it began with a sales person that completely lied about the contract. As my first, and most serious concern expressed to this individual was a none binding long term contract. Now I have sent certified letters explaining the failure to fulfil their side of the contract and to remove all Cintas equipment from our facility followed by continues request and demands to stop all services that falls on a deaf ear. I am continued to be invoiced for services I am not receiving. Avoid this company like the plague!
  There is not a ngitive value I can select for this dishonest company.

  We have a cintas rep who constantly adds things to our first aid boxes which we have REEPEATEDLY told him not to add.Very shady!! Watch them like a hawk as they're refilling your boxes!!

  I only give them one star because ZERO isn't an option. Already outrageous prices are always increasing. Completely misleading long term contracts. Awful for a small business!!!!!!
