Had Nixco install a **** Flo leak detection device. **** and ***** were prompt, professional, and very skilled on the install. Nixco also honored an older discount coupon for the device !

Extreemly expensive outrageously over priced. Poor quality. They take advantage of people that are in a tight spot. I will never call them again, and suggest others to look elsewhere. Example; they had to replace my sink faucet, during a complete pipe replacement, so i bought a new one for them to replace the old one, they said it would be additional 500.00 to put the new one. But the old one was part one the origional 7500.00 price. I said put the old one in i will change it myself. RidiculousNixco Plumbing Inc.

***** did a great job!! He was polite, professional and explained everything so that we understood all options (repairing vs. replacing shower faucet, sanitizing the tankless water heater, and advantages of Nixcos service agreement). Thank you to ***** for a job well done!!We have used Nixco for 15+ years and have always received high quality workmanship, whether it be a repair or new installation - including tankless water heater installation, faucets and toilets repaired/replaced, garbage disposer replacement, and running a gas line for a gas stove.Nixco is the ONLY plumbing contractor we trust.Nixco Plumbing Inc.

I had a plumbing issue I could not resolve. I called Nixco and they set me up at a time that was not totally convenient. I explained to the customer service scheduler that we would like to be done a bit earlier and she said they would try. Thinking that would never happen, she followed up and our help came a couple hours earlier than we thought. The young man they sent out (Nathan) was incredibly helpful and friendly. He too had some difficulty in fixing the issue but he stuck with it, stayed very confident and patient and got it all well taken care of. We could not have been more pleased with our service from the original service call to the completion of the work.Nixco Plumbing Inc.

Nixco Plumbing came the next day after requesting a quote and gave us a quote for installing a new gas line. We approved the quote the next day and they scheduled the work almost immediately. Came today and completed. Left the house as clean as before they came. John and Mason were respectful, professional and nice men. We will use them more often in the future. Great job. Fixed the shower drain and toilet in just a few hours. Kris and Jake were on time even helped me find a place on my tv for a plug and checked my sump pump to see if that was what was buzzing. Great job thanks for lending a hand.Nixco Plumbing Inc.

Saved by Nixco's Master Plumber John K******* & Brennan -and - John quickly came up with a way to bypass the under-the-slab leak in my condo - and restored hot water to my bathroom. NO more cold showers there! After the leak locators found the nasty leak, they came back to repair it - and I have hot water on demand in all locations again - thank you, Nixco, John, and Mason! It was heroic work, done well and completely. They are my choice for plumbing!Nixco Plumbing Inc.
