"Powder keg has been nothing short of a nightmare, 2 weeks they have had my bike and just now have ordered parts, blamed rain, short staffing you name it, I received no phone calls as to an update of what’s going on with the bike or lack there of. I finally called today and put up a stink was told by service manager that they where getting ready to order parts and bike was at least another week out from being done as they took it off the lift to work on other customers bikes after all these phone calls I asked Ken in service for the Harley corporate number he told me to get it myself and hung up on me now they aren’t answering my calls, corporate was no help nor could I get ahold of the store manager as he was miraculously in meetings every time I called this place is a nightmare and nobody should use them!" ...
