    i ordered 21 shades at the beginning of May and was told it would take 4 - 6 weeks. It has now been 13 weeks and while most of the shades have been installed, the shades/cassette for the sliding glass door is still not in my home. The installers have been out twice. The first time was supposed to be for the entire installation, but one shade was missing. Also, the first installer tried to shorten the clutch loop on the sliding glass door and broke it (a loop hanging to the floor would be a strangulation risk). The second time, an installer brought the missing shade and then said he couldn't fix the sliding glass door chain and would need to take it to the workshop (the first installer could have taken it in for the fix but just said he couldn't fix it). At this point it's been two weeks since there's been any contact so I'm wondering if they plan on finishing. Calling them just intensifies the frustration since no one can be bothered and it's obvious they couldn't care less. I've paid them $2600 and will owe them another $2600 if they come back. I really just want my shades and not to be bothered by these people again. Save yourself and use another blind company.
