    We wanted to get epoxy flooring in our basement. We saw a sign for Epoxy Armor and a phone number in Marietta, Ohio. We live in ************, WV, so we called the business. Rob S**** (the owner) is who we spoke to. He came and gave us different estimates for different types of epoxy. We decided on a gray polished concrete look. We signed a contract and gave him 1,320.00 as a downpayment.
    He said the job would take 2 full days. He was at our house 4 days and didn't get the job finished. He would a couple hours at a time and not complete much. Besides that he bought "black" stain to use on our floor. He told me that his rep said it was the new gray. The black stain also ruined our walls that we had painted last year. He said there was no tape that would stick to the walls and he would repaint them.
    Our floor is jet black and he keeps saying the only way to fix it is to do a more expensive coating and us pay full price. I thought this was weird, so I called BBB and his business was terminated in 2020. The attorney journal said the same thing.
    When I called to see how we were going to fix this situation he did not want to give us any money back, grind the floor back down, or paint the walls. When I mentioned that I knew his business was terminated he told me he would give the money back and grind the floor back down. We did receive the money back, but that is it.
    Something very fishy is going on with this business. Rob talks like he knows what he is doing but once he messes up will continually lie about everything. Our floor is a disaster and I would not want this to happen to anyone else. Please don't use this business. I wouldn't even give him one star, but the site makes you select one.
