  Raised trash bill 10 dollars cause we called and complained about them not picking up are trash cause the drivers are to lazy to get it after they broke are can I had to put blocks in for of it to hold it up

  Recently, I emailed the owner and advised him that his drivers/collectors were leaving my trash lids open, while closing everyone elses (who have pink containers). I will not rent their container because I have two containers of my own. A few weeks go by and they continually are leaving my lids open, while everyone in my community have their containers shut. This morning, I came home to find that my two containers have been left open, while everyone in my community, again, have their pink containers closed. I took video of this. I called and spoke with the owner. He told me that he would speak to them again, and gave the impression that if they close them they close them, if they dont they dont. I reminded him that he previously told me in a documented response, that he would talk to them. Apparently, he doesnt expect those who work for him to follow through with what his expectations are or to abide by the directives he gives them (if he actually gave them). I asked him if I need to stand outside and wait for them to pick up my trash to put a foot in their backside for him, and he said well, if thats something you want to do go ahead. Point is, I shouldnt have too. Its not my business, nor is it my employee(s) to correct. I pay for the same service as my neighbors, but somehow and for whatever the reason, have not been able to receive the same service or courtesy as they do. Bottom line, I cancelled my service because of poor service, lack of professionalism, and lack of response by the owner to my legitimate complaint. The owner showed no desire to correct his employees and would rather lose business than to do so. I cant support and receive a service from an owner who doesnt take ownership of his business or the people he employees. I will never recommend this company for any type of service no matter how much they give to a charity (which initially drew me to them).
