After reading all the negative reviews on here and realizing all the complaints are about the cabinets not arriving in a timely manner, i decided to place an order anyway. I received my cabinets within 3 business days of ordering and the hardware in 4 business days. no complaintsReview fromKent A.

My order came in September without the cabinet and I still haven't received it in January. I have called numerous times , emailed more than once and no response.

Buyer beware !!!! Ordered a **** piece kit received the bolts but no bins. Understand bins where on back order 2-4 weeks. It has been 12 weeks Ive call sent numerous emails with no correspondence what so ever. Horrible customer service. Hopefully I get them one day wont hold my breath. I will never do business with them again neither should anyone else.US Bolt Kits

Our apologies for the lengthy shipment date of the back ordered bolt bins. The supplier informed us they were able to ship them out 90 days after the order date. They were shipped/received by the customer in December 2022.Review fromShelly J

I am having the same issues as other reviewers. I received bolts but not the bins and the order on my account indicates "fulfilled". I've sent multiple emails which have not been acknowledged and the telephone memory is full. I with I had visited BBB before placing my order!US Bolt Kits

Received bolts, bins have not arrived after over two months. No response to multiple emails and phone goes unanswered. Mail box full. Card has been charged for the full order. Not sure how to get this resolved.
