Our company originally installed a water heater for the customer on 4-5-18. On the original install of the water heater the customer was charged 200.00 or 2 hrs x 100.00 per hour. She paid this bill promptly. The customer contacted our company and said the water heater was leaking. The water heater was under warranty and replaced on 9-11-22. When a water heater is replaced under warranty we check the water pressure. When the technicians checked the water heater they determined the customers water pressure was high. They located a pressure regulator that had failed. This failure more than likely lead to the original water heater leaking but there is no way to confirm. It is now company policy if installing a water heater on municipal water the technicians are to install an expansion tank with it. The customer was charged 300.00 labor or 3 hrs x 100.00 per hour for the installation of the water heater under warranty along with the new pressure regulator and expansion tank. The bill totaled 601.28 which the customer has made 2 50.00 payments on the bill. The customer contacted me on the evening of 9-18-23 stating she had a water leak. Since the customer has already complained about prices. I explained to her if the water heater was leaking the water heater itself would be under warranty but not labor. If it was something else leaking then there would be a charge for everything as nothing else was covered under warranty. I tried to explain the charge for travel to the customer but they were unwilling to listen or could not understand the reason for the charge.

Took 4 trips to do work. Price charged not price quoted. Sloppy work. 1st time didn't even show up. Left a mess. Water filters leaked. Had to come 3 3 more times. I'd never use them again.

Mrs. ****** called us because she stated that she did not have water. We went down and repaired her problem. Then we collected a water sample to test the water and see what type of filtration system would be needed to clean her water. Once we tested in and figured out a system for her water it was determined she had no room to install this equipment. We then decided that inline filters would be the best option to try. We had an appointment set up with Mrs. ****** and did have to cancel it do to a scheduling conflict as we had an emergency call come in. Mrs. ******s issue was not an emergency and we felt it could be moved to another day. When our guys was on site and installed the filters the washer had to be moved when moving the washer the drain hose slipped out and some water was on the floor. Our technicians asked for a towel to clean up the mess. A couple of days later Mrs. ****** said one of the filters started leaking. We then sent another crew of technicians down and repaired the leak while there Mrs. ****** stated she would like to have the lines strapped up better. The same crew went down the next day and did what she wanted. When Mrs. ****** seen our invoice amount (1213.16) she said it was more than she was quoted. I asked what the amount she was quoted. She stated she was quoted 600-700 plus the price of the filters which was 100.00 a piece. I said okay this invoice also include out time down there repairing the no water. I stated regardless I would take 213.16 off of the bill and settle for 1000.00 which I feel is fair.
