      Buckeye Granite exceeded our expectations! From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to our needs. Our new quartz countertops are absolutely stunning, and the installation was flawless. Highly recommend them for top-quality craftsmanship and service!

      They did and amazing job. The price was right and the quality of craftsmanship was better than I could have hoped for. I would recommend Buckeye Granite to anyone in need of new countertops.

      Worst home improvement experience EVER!! DON'T DO IT PEOPLE.............MOVE ON TO THE NEXT COMPANY. Overcharged and terrible customer service. It took almost 2 months to get our countertops installed. They were installed 3 different times, First install everything looked nice. 2 days later I noticed the granite cracking at the sink. They came out a few times but the crack was still there. They decided to install a second time. It cracked in even more places during installation. I was without a kitchen sink for 2 weeks due to this one. No clean up from them at all The last install they figured they should install in 3 pieces instead of 2. They did not put the pencil edge on the countertop and they had to come back yet again and they ground those edges down inside of my kitchen. Such a mess!! During those 2 months I had to repair holes in my walls, paint and repaint. Clean the sealer off of the new paint. You name it anything that could go wrong did go wrong. The installer told me that they are in such a hurry to push out the product they don't even take the time to inspect the work, hence the lack of the pencil edge. In installers words "This job was a clusterf#$!. I told him he had been here so many times I could claim him on my taxes. There is a new person, Terry, working customer service now. He seems to care I sure wish he was there during the first 2 installs, I think things might have gone a lot better.  .. Really people, keep looking don't waste your money.

      Sadly this was such a bad experience! They did a very unprofessional job with our countertops, they sealed over dirty granite with water spots like it had been left outside, they left everything about this job unfinished and overcharged us on installation, the flooring they installed was not the quality flooring we ordered, they never finished the qtr round they didn’t have enough to finish floor installation and after 4 visits and being 2 hours late and forgetting materials and leaving early and numerous phone calls we gave up and will hire someone else to finish the job. We would never recommend this company.

      We pay as Buckeye Granite Plus requested. Upon finishing the job . Thier truck left an oil spill on my concrete driveway. I called then as soon as they left to make them aware of it. I was told that someone would be out to clean it up. After 30 plus calls,which most of them was left unreturned. They asked me to try and find someone to clean it, because they didn't have any luck. I found a company that I could and passed the info along. 4 weekd later and the oil stain is still there. We paid **** as requested from them. 75% up front. We deserve the same respect.
