  I highly recommend Parma Windows. *** (the owner) and crew did an excellent job removing and installing 12 windows on our home. Parma Windows is truly a professional window company that knows what they are doing. We purchased new shutters ahead of time and his team installed them with the new windows. If you like people that are honest, fair, polite, timely, and meticulous then you want Parma Windows! They will not disappoint you! *** doesn't play games with pricing and he won't make you suffer through a 2.5 hour sales pitch that the other window companies do.

  After getting an outrageously high quote to replace the front and back doors on our house, and the man door on our garage from one of the big names I gave Parma Windows a call.*** directed me to where I could pick out the doors we wanted (all custom made) and once he had our selections he quoted us a price that was a fraction of the big name quote, by a lot. And they are the exact doors, made in the exact same factory we would have gotten from the other guys.He came out and measured, we made a down payment. His wife called to confirm our selections, and then we waited for the doors to be manufactured . Once our doors were ready ********* came and installed. They did an outstanding job, we couldnt be happier with our doors. They replaced old wooden doors that were original to our house, and the man door on the garage that was literally falling apart.It is so nice to have custom made, metal doors, that you can just feel the difference they make of sealing the inside of our house from the elements. We were so pleased, we had Rob measure 2 windows we need to replace and ordered them before he left on the last day of the install.Do yourself a favor, call *** at Parma Windows and save yourself a lot of money on windows and doors installed by an honest, experienced small business. I cant say enough good things about Parma Window.

  Absolutely awesome. My window is beautiful! I had to replace a HUGE bay window. From the day *** met me and my pets, I was given an accurate time frame for installation. Using his knowledge and experience he helped me decide what to do. He gave me price differences up front. He did not push me to go with the more expensive plan. *** went home and then contacted me to suggest his concern of my dog's safety after thinking about things I mentioned about my very protective dog. I mentioned that I was surprised she hasn't broke through the old bay windows. I am so very grateful he gave me his suggestion using his experience and knowledge. I now open two huge double hung windows from the top down. ***'s attention to details like this were imperative. *** and his crew were professional and cleaned up as if they were never there! Fair and upfront prices. He keeps you informed throughout the whole process. Honestly made this project so very easy for an overwhelmed momma. Amazing work. Thank you. I'll be reaching out soon for replacing other windows and look forward to working with him again.

  GREAT! is not even a word to describe their professionalism, attention to detail, and NOT cutting corners when it comes to YOUR window installation. I have had several quotes from the BIG name window companies. They are all OVER *****D and run the same affair. The owner sits at home and does nothing while he pays his workers little to nothing SO he can sit at home on HIS lazy **** do nothing and collect the money, These types of company's have to hire sales teams, advertising, labor etc. THIS IS ALL PUILT INTO THE ***** = CHEAPER WINDOW, UNEXPERIENCED, LAZY, HALF A** INSTALLATION....*** and HIS company on the other hand, all work on the jobs and finish all jobs together. Therefore being able to give you a fair price and giving you a better quality window. ENOUGH SAID. If you want a fair price and a high quality window you'd be FOOLISH not to hire Parma Windows!!!! Thanks *** it was a Pleasure!!!

  Rob showed up professional and courteous he was honest and fair after several big name companies this was a relief. We decided to go with parma windows they came out did a fantastic job for a very fair price I would 100% recommend them.
