  Love this school! It's like a second home for my kids. The staff is so caring and loving with them and they love going to school every day.

  This is the worst child care facility. My grandson was enrolled there for only July. Upon entering, there was a smell of dirty diapers and the facility was filthy. The staff was far from connected with these kids. They would at tables in the same room however always on their phones. It took us two weeks to get all the paperwork. The Director of this facility refused to give corporate contact information on 2 different occasions when I asked for it. As kids will be kids and sometimes get scraps or bruises is somewhat undertandable, however my grandson on one occasion scraped his knee pretty good and was given a wet paper towel. When I asked if they had cleaned it because their playground is black rubber mats, the director said we can only clean it with water and he was given a papertowel, then she walked back in her office. I had to ask for a copy of the accident report. The final straw for us over and above the filth and stench in the place was when I pulled in the parking lot to pick him up, I noticed him against the fence crying with about 5 children surrounding him. I jumped out of my truck and ran to the fence to find him with blood from his mouth and all down the front of his shirt. Trying to get the bunji cord off the gate to the play area, with no prevail, I entered the building and straight to the playground where I stopped him infront of the table where the director and another lady were sitting. Neither of them got up to see if he was ok or addressed me on the playground. At this time, we had 7 plus little kids surrounding us and I examined his face yelling "he is bleeding, take him to the hospital." And yet still they did not get up. I glared at them and they were not even looking at us, then walked in side the building at which time the director did follow us in, and still never inquired or offered an incident report or even aknowledged us, but simply said, "now where did I put those bandaides." Never addressed us at all.

  Any of these concerns could have been addressed directly with the Administrator on site but were not. The "bleeding" incident happened right as you were walking up as he ran to you and scraped his lip on the fence. The teacher (not the director by the way, she was not even there that day) asked him if he was OK and he replied yes. She was not on her phone, but was dealing with another child, hence the reason for coming in for a band aid. When she tried to address you you yelled and walked away. The situation was never even addressed directly to the Administrator until you called demanding corporate contact and the reason for not giving contact was explained to you. Even then you still refused to discuss any concerns with the Administrator. Your other complaints I believe are just trying to add fuel to the fire and completely unsubstantiated. I'm sorry that you felt that we did not meet your needs and I wish you the best in your future endeavors.
