    Megan sold a house knowing it had an encroachment issue. We started on August 10th talking to her about it. Unfortunately, instead of handling it she lied about several things. She lied about contacting the surveyor, she lied about contacting the fence company, etc. The worst one was that she told us that she asked neighbors about us, and that what we were doing was wrong that was a lie. She was belittling, demeaning and unprofessional. She treated us like we were idiots, when in the end she was the one in the wrong. She was provided a survey and pictures multiple times. She then insisted that we get a new survey, even though it was the same exact thing. Before that survey came back, she emailed saying that the fence was wrong too latewe already paid for one. Thankfully I wont be using a realtor anytime soon, but it certainly would not be her.
