Very bad business, rude, never received calls back even after a year. My mom died in 2024, my dad, husband and myself went to Woodlawn Monument to buy a marker for her grave. 20 years later my dad died in Aug of 23. I have called, I have left emails and went business in October of 23 to be told he would go to ********************** and call with information the next day. Never heard from him again after leaving multiple messages and emails. I finally went to ********************** and talked to the lady there, and she called Woodlawn Monument and the guy answered, she explains what's going on and he tells her that my dad dint buy it from them, she tells him that they have the receipt and orders. I took thus paperwork to him, he then tells me, that they can't find the paperwork and since it's been so long they can't send it to the original vender that did the engraving because they went out of business. He then tells me that my dad didn't sign a contract, I look at him and ask how does he know if he can't find the paperwork. I told him I needed closure, and ge became rude and treated me with disrespect. I told him that he would be hearing from my lawyer and that really set him off. He got in my face and asked why I was going to get a lawyer and I told him #1 it took me this long to get thus far to get information. #2 how do you know if my dad signed a contract or not, you can't find the paperwork and 3, you are treating me with disrespect and getting in my face. I left for fear of what might happen. No one else was in the place, as I'm walking out I tell him I'll do what I gotta do. I pray no one else experiences this with said company. I will definitely let people know not to buy from them. Very very bad business.

This is completely untrue. My company did do a bronze memorial 20 years ago and completed that order. She was came in yelling at me and demanding that I need to take care of her dad’s bronze date. I explained to her that future dates are not included in the purchase from 20 years ago, which is clearly stated on our contract, and she went off on me. She then started threatening me with a lawyer and dragging my name through the mud. I explained to ***** that we don’t have a contract and she hasn’t paid any money. She isn’t a customer and she is trying to bully me into doing something for free.
