    What a pathetic business! We went in and bought a washer, dryer, fridge, and stove. Cost me $1200 for everything. Took everything home and set up the fridge for over 24 hours before turning it on. Never tipped it over or anything but still waited. The fridge never got cold and the washer is full of mold. We took everything back and the woman who owns the place was very rude when I just wanted to return everything and cancel the transaction. We have small kids and dont need moldy items in the house. We dropped off everything and the employees said she would be there the next day. *** called with no answer and the woman will not work with me at all. My next move is small claims court if we dont get this resolved. Good luck *****

    They saw the product before they bought it. A new refrigerator alone would be over $1,200.  Our policy is , if product doesnt work. We send tech out to repair. If tech cant fix , then we replace. To just have customer return everything without even a phone call and expect full refund is not business like. Our owner is off Monday and Tuesday and they just rudely brought everything back and wanted cash. After Wednesday we were ready to offer refund even though they didnt follow written policy which was given to them. People must understand that used is much cheaper than new but sometimes doesnt work. Even though we check everything! Most of the time it works, but sometimes it gets damaged in transit which they put on their own truck, hauled and unloaded. Appliances are very heavy and need to be handled carefully.  Bottom line we did refund the full amount.

    Would not recommend this store for any products that need mechanical services. The only repairs made to items are to fix enough to ship out door. Even the repair person they send out for repairs is an idiot. The repairs I need for my fridge is far above the the cost to just replace. This place needs inspected by someone for better business practices even the health department. Now I know why they only give a "20" day warranty. They know they will break down.
