      Unhappy customer second day after purchase started having problems and dealership said nothing they could do.

      I would leave no stars or negative stars but it isint an option!! my daughter totaled her vehicle and found one at Reineke Nissan, put money down on the vehicle to hold it until the insurance could tell us how much she was getting for a settlement. put money down on a Monday, called a week later to communicate with them that we were still waiting on insurance and was informed the vehicle was sold the day prior to calling. asked them when they were going to call and inform us about selling the car out from underneath ** and could not get an answer, just that they could help her find another vehicle. NO THANK YOU!! finally received the money back 2 days later. will NEVER do business with Reineke again, my daughters friend was in the process of buying a car from them also and backed out. to top it all off we found out the salesman we were dealing with got suspended for going off when he found out they sold the vehicle on his day off and then wanted him to smooth it over the next day by informing my daughter what they did. received insurance money 2 days later and found out the rental had to go back in 4 days (over the weekend) so we were racing to find a vehicle after she thought she had found the perfect one BUYERS BEWARE
