    I am more than EXTREMELY disturbed by this company. My CRITICAL need was fast delivery. Before I ordered I called them to verify they had the item in stock and would ship it out that day. They said they had multiple warehouses and that although they did not have it in their Ohio warehouse, they did have one in their Hazelton, PA warehouse to ship that day. They nice woman on the phone also said she would put a hold on the unit, and I went ahead and paid over $400 only to find out that evening that they shipped it via FedEx ground from the other side of the country and with the holiday involved I would not have the item for 9 days instead of the 2 days delivery I was promised. This kind of broken promise and lack of proper follow thru is in my view inexcusable and goes beyond a normal oops it could happen to anyone. I was VERY clear and took the added step of calling them in advance to get confirmation that they would deliver on what I needed and on time.

    We have reviewed this order in its entirety to provide the response below. 12/19/23: • The buyer, Mr. ***** ******** called the SpaceBound offices to ask if an item was in stock. ***** was able to provide the **** ******* ******** **** ******) as he was viewing the item online during the call. • The buyer was informed that SpaceBound did have stock of the item at fulfillment centers including Pennsylvania and California. Because our company cannot guarantee a shipping location of orders or items, a shipment from Pennsylvania was not guaranteed to him on the call. Additionally, SpaceBound does not hold or reserve stock for orders, so we can confirm that there was no offer to hold or reserve stock of the item. • The buyer stated they placed the order on ****** and provided order number ******************** * An explanation of how ****** processes orders and payment and then sends the order to be fulfilled and shipped was provided to the buyer. However, he did not see to understand on the call that the order was not processed or released by ******* • ****** processed the payment and provided the following order details: o ****** required the item to be shipped between Wednesday, Dec 20, 2023 and Thursday, Dec 21, 2023. o ****** required the item to deliver between Friday, Dec 22, 2023 and Thursday, Dec 28, 2023. • As sellers on ******* SpaceBound works with automated systems to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Because the order was released from ****** after our shipping cut off time on the east coast, the order was automatically processed to ship the same day from our California location via ***** tracking number ************. o Please note, the order was processed and shipped same day, one to two days earlier than required by ******* • After the close of our business day, the buyer began email SpaceBound through ******* In all capital letters, the buyer demanded the shipment in transit be stopped and to have a new shipment process from Pennsylvania. 12/20/23: • The buyer, was provided a response, through ****** messaging, as is required of sellers, to explain how the order had already processed to ship. As sellers are required to provide valid tracking that indicates delivery, we could not send a new shipment for the order. Additionally, a new shipment from another location would not arrive earlier than the shipment already in transit. • The buyer called the SpaceBound offices several times, yelling at representatives on the phone demanding a new shipment of the order. • SpaceBound attempted to offer the buyer detailed information and offer to return the shipment for a full refund, but the buyer disconnected the call. 12/26/23: • ***** confirmed delivery of the shipment via tracking number ************.

    I purchased a Samsung projector that this company had listed on Amazon. It was purchased last Friday and then Tuesday morning I receive an email saying that they don’t actually have the projector and they think it was oversold even though they had it listed on Amazon! I contacted them and they acted like they don’t care so I wanted to warn everyone DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! They will screw you around and you will never receive what you purchased!! Very unprofessional and very disorganized!!!!!

    We have reviewed this order in its entirety to provide the response below. • Our company has confirmed the buyer’s order cancellation was processed fully by ******, and their funds were returned on 9/12/23 at 10:12 AM EST. This was before ****** contacted our company or the BBB. • The ****** buyer, ****** ******* placed an order on ****** for a QTY 1 of a Refurbished SAMSUNG Ultra Short Throw Laser Projector. • We do not have an order for a “****** ******”, but we understand he may be using the same ****** account. • As sellers on ******, we have no access to the buyer’s account or payment method; sellers do not process buyer payments. • ****** held the order in a payment pending status, and unfortunately, the item sold out to other buyers on ****** before Lauren’s order was approved and sent it to our company to be fulfilled. • Our company attempted to see if another unit could be sourced to fulfill the order, but as none were available. • The order was cancelled in full through ******, and the buyer was notified. • ****** tracks and measures these types of cancellation for all sellers. • At 0.43%, our company is well under the target 2.5% for ******’s acceptable order cancelation rate. • After the buyer was notified through ******, ****** called our offices directly. • ****** spoke with the manager of our Customer Service Department, and she explained how the item went out of stock. • On this call, ****** was asked several times to refrain from using vulgar and offensive language, but eventually disconnected.

    I bought ink. Didn’t know it was compatible. It said HP on the order. Received generic brand. I opened one & ink was all over. It poured out I have a second one that I now have to throw out. Afraid to take the original one out. As I’m sure the ink will be all over the printer & my hands. Do not buy. Don’t try to save money. Make sure u buy original HP ink for your printer

Please see the dates and details below: 12/29/20 – The buyer made their purchase through ****** with order number ******************** We can confirm that the customer the item order and was shipped is a quantity one (1) of a genuine ** ***** **** **** ***** ******** *** *********. 12/29/20 - The item processed and shipped from an ** Authorized warehouse. We retain all documents concerning compliance and chain of custody. 01/04/21 – The cartridge was delivered via **** tracking number *********************** The customer has never contacted our company directly or through ****** where the order was placed. 02/16/23 – 773 days after delivery, the buyer left their BBB review. ** offers a one-year limited manufacturer’s warranty, but because the buyer has allowed more than two years to pass, that time frame has expired. Because we offer the lowest prices possible, we depend on the buyer to determine if a product is right for their needs prior to purchasing. Additionally, we need for buyers to reach out in a timely manner to receive support or service of their items.

    My mistake. I was talking about black ink I purchased. Even received an email from seller asking if there were any problems with it. Guess I wrote to wrong company. So sorry for bad review.
