    We had Charlie's Drain Service out in August because our drain was backing up. They came and when they were finished, they told me they had water flowing, but there were roots in the drain, but we could put root killer in it. They didn't say how bad the roots were. I believed root killer would take care of it. We put root killer in, but it didn't have any effect. About a week and a half later it was backing up again all over our parking lot. We went into the drain and found a solid wall of roots that you couldn't get apart. I called them and they came back out. When they were done, they showed me the water flowing. he said we would still have to have the roots taken care of. When I ask how they got the water flowing if the roots were still there, I was told all they do is put a hole through the roots. If they had told me that at the start, I would have had another company come out that would have taken care of the problem not pay them and still be left with the problem. I was never told that they would only fix it temporarily. IncaAztec Self Storage
