    I bought a 2020 **** ****** with 62,000 miles and after having it a week and a half, it began having major engine troubles. We took it to the service department and they do not seem concerned about giving my family a car to drive until they fix that one. This car is a lemon, and all they seem concerned about is money to fix the vehicle from the warranty company. Hometown's communication and customer services in this matter has been unprofessional.

    Buying my Blazer at Hometown Ironton was a great experience. The salesman, JP, listened to what I wanted. He was very patient and took time to discuss all my options. He also followed up later to see how things were going. I have recommended Hometown to friends and will definitely return for my next car purchase.

    Worst car buying experience ever. They lie constantly and never follow thru with what they say. Lady in waverly, oh. is the only honest person we have talked to. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy there. I can’t give negative stars or they would be a negative 5 start

    I would advise anyone not to purchase anything from Home town,they do not honor their word,they promise to repair after buying, they give you run around,place you on hold, avoiding you,they need a big sign that says consumer BEWARE,RUN!!!you better before they get you
