    We had a full in home appraisal done by another company and then a drive-by appraisal done by Accurate Group within months of each other. Accurate Group was over $100k less. I'm not sure how they could be so completely off ruining our HELOC.

    Had a drive-by appraisal for a HELOC and it came in 60k less than the assumed value. At the exact same time, our home estimate dropped on ****** by 57k. I have no evidence that our appraisal data from Accurate Group was sold / given to ******, but the timing is very suspicious.

    Never had a home inspector that did not know their job. I have a 1800sq' house it took her 1&1/2 hours to inspect the house. 4 hours after she calls and asked if she can come back and finish because she did not know if I had a finished attic, there is no way you can have a finished attic on a single story house as small as mine, she asked if I had an access to the attic I told her it was the pull rope in the middle of the garage that hangs from the ceiling hatch, a week later she calls and asked if I have central heat/air I told her yes you have a picture of the thermostat when you scanned the house, she said what are the window A?C's doing in the window I said saving me money I can turn each room on and off separately and that saves me over a hundred dollars a month. I felt bad for her being her employer sends her out solo she should have had an experienced supervisor or co-worker with her. Just plain wrong this is the companies of today.
