  I hired Budget Blinds of Hudson & Hartville. My first conversation with ******** was very friendly. She told me how they help seniors and the church. We talked for quite a while; she was very talkative. I am a senior, and hiring people to repair my home is difficult. I hired Budget Blinds to replace the blinds in my home. ******** was very friendly; therefore, I was comfortable hiring them. The job was completed, and the bill was paid in full. I had a question about the blind's valance. I called ******** twice, but she has not returned my calls. The company's customer service is very friendly until the job gets done and the bill has been paid; after that, the customer service is lacking with no returned calls. If I have a problem with the blinds, I am intimidated to reach out to the company for repairs. ***** *******

  They are amazing! We have many things going on in our lives, although they had some person issues going on in their lives, they still came through, as always! You won't find anyone as geniunue as these two ... give them a shot and you won't be disappointed!!!

  I would never use or recommend Budget Blinds of Hudson. I bought blinds and did not like the quality of the product. *******************************, owner of Budget Blinds of Hudson, called back and said he would make this right even though there would be an up-charge. I was fine with paying more if I received a quality product that I liked. I never again heard from *******************************. Budget Blinds of Hudson is ONLY interested in selling a product...they could care less in customer satisfaction! There is a reason this company is not BBB accredited!

  They were very helpful in helping us select the appropriate blinds for our home. Install was great. Blinds work really well.
