      I have been waiting over 18 months for a portable concentrator. I have been told various reasons why it’s taken so long. None of them makes sense. It’s nearly impossible to speak to anyone in the local office. Leaving a message is to know avail as no one returns phone calls.

      I have found their delivery, people and service technicians to be excellent. However., customer service is nonexistent in the Huber Heights office.

      Horrible company this company does not care about its elderly clients. They have sent equipment for a large elderly 75-year-old lady that a child can barely fit in and this has been months their equipment is still here they have billed the insurance company and they have given me the runaround and I am so fed up I am calling my local news and the NAACP in Dayton Ohio. I had to give them one star in order to be able to leave this review.

      I would like to help resolve this for you, but I am unable
      to find your records in our system.  In order to investigate this further,
      I would need the name and date of birth of the patient who is affected. 
      This will allow me to look into the situation to better understand how we can
      correct this issue for you. It would also be helpful if you could provide me a
      good number in which I could call you to resolve the issue more quickly.
