    Horrible customer service. Do not rent at this facility especially if you are African American. The lady who says she has run this establishment for 20 years, ****** is a horrible person with horrible customer service. She called and accused my brother of driving through some mud then she called back and said she had the wrong person after checking the cameras. When I called in to wake her how she got him mixed up she yelled at me then yelled at my brother when he came in to grab something from his unit. She called the police on him when he asked for her managers number and she also told me there is no HR to complain to. After the police got there she continued to behave very ignorant and she gave us 10 days to vacate the unit for asking to speak to her manager. Do not rent with this location.
