  My interaction with ServPro was nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did the employees fail to provide the expected service, but they also crossed a line by stealing over $6000 worth of my belongings, including all of my rings. Trusting them to handle my property was a mistake that cost me dearly.To add insult to injury, when I reached out to the owner seeking assistance and resolution for this egregious act committed by their employees, I was met with utter indifference and a complete refusal to take responsibility after he said he would make things right. Their lack of concern and unwillingness to address the situation speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction and basic ethics.I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed and let down I am by ServPro. Their negligence in hiring trustworthy staff and their dismissive attitude towards customer grievances is inexcusable. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice before entrusting them with anything of value. This experience has left me not only out of pocket but also deeply distrustful of this company and their practices.

  We have been fully cooperating with *******'s allegations. The story she tells is wraught with inconsistentcies and speculation. If an investigation is conducted to be valid it should include all angles including the homeowners, neighbors and family members to rule out fraud and extortion. None of this has happened. She has resorted to defamation and cyber bullying until somebody writes her a big check because she wants one. We have communicated our willingness to cooperate with theses allegations repeatedly, although it seems she doesn't want to follow the proper channels to address her allegations.

  They have been hired to clean my house after a fire, it has now been 4 months and they still are not done. They only work once in awhile not even a 8 hr day let alone a 40 hr week. We have found alcohol bottles on job site, they destroyed some of our furniture then put in garbage hopper. I've tried to contact the owner Mike he will not respond and my insurance only pays for so much time in an apartment. They can't even give me a list of what the scraped and what they are to clean. My contractor needs to get in and start rebuilding my house top to bottom and ServPro refuses to do the job they was hired to do. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND TO ANYONE TO DO BUSSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

  We are sorry to hear that you weren't completely happy with our service, as we strive daily to help everyone the best that we can. A lot of the allegations are without merit, but we do understand your frustrations. With a very challenging labor market, most businesses would tell you how difficult it is to even keep up with the demand they are facing.
