"The item I purchased from David Rachwal was not complete--It should have come with an additional magazine--he tried to say it was """used""--as an excuse---for the magazine not being included---used has no implication its not complete---used just means I was not the original owner--he intentionally covered the area where the magazine was housed in the casing-- in his listing so I could not see the magazine was missing---when I received the item thru a licensed FFL---it was obvious the magazine was not there---I have tried to resolve this issue with him via email but he is being very recalcitrant---I asked what happed to the magazine---NO RESPONSE---He knew he was shipping an incomplete item with just one magazine---and refuses to provide me with the additional magazine---and offers/makes no concession whatsoever--I will never try to do business with Mr RACHWAL ever again--As I believe his unwillingness to make the transaction complete/""right"" is very deceptive and unethical---He knows he sold an incomplete item--and his only excuse is that it was ""used"""
