  My husband had his truck towed there to get transmission replaced he paid over 2g still not fixed 4 months later we went there he put his hands in husbands face and threatened to choke my husband

  They had my car for over 4 months and by the time I received my car back I was only able to drive it one time. The car was not in good shape and was in way worse shape than when they received it. On top of that he committed insurance fraud by pocketing the money that I paid to another company out of pocket. When I reported the issues with my car DeMarco R***** began yelling and cussing and hung up the phone. He is a fraud and has a history of such not to mention he previously served time for insurance fraud. I will be reporting him to the insurance company as well

  I took my truck here and it was simply the worse experience I have ever had. My truck was in the shop for four months and I got completely ripped off by over 3k. I only received two invoices which neither one was for what was exactly done and no form of documentation on anything. For the last two months, no calls or texts were returned and had no idea of any update. I had to pay for my own parts before getting work done due to the owner not having enough money to purchase it himself. I had to take the truck back two different times due to truck not being fixed properly. Once we got the truck back after the second time, it was leaking a lot of oil so we took it to another shop and had to pay over $1,200 more for repairs all due to Richards mistakes. I also found out by the new mechanic we went to that the engine we paid for was a 2019 while we were told it was a 2021 with 7,000 miles. Everything that had to be fixed by the new mechanic was because of the half *** job Richard did. Had to fight for weeks for a refund we were supposed to get from Richard as well in which we didn't even get the full amount. I will never be back to this half ass shop again, this was the worst experience ever and horrible customer service. I have proof of everything and from this experience as well and am not afraid to speak up.

  My husband used their service because he got stranded on the side of the road. Was told tow would only be $75 if he let him do the repair work. He agreed, tow bill ended up be more. Truck was at the shop for 7 weeks before we picked it up. Never received a call once. My husband always had to call. We finally pick it & drove it home. Drove it to work the next *********** sprayed everywhere from out of the rear differential. He called the owner back & a tow truck came to the house & got it, gone another week. Again my husband had to call to find anything out. Pick it up a 2nd time & get it home & this time fluid is again leaking from the differential cover. Called the owner back & 4 days later still no response. They also destroyed the brand new seat cover I bought my husband for Christmas to put in the truck it now has grease stains in several places. Had to take it to a different repair shop & found out the cover was never put on correctly. It has to be welded on & they used ************* instead. So I had to fork out more money because it was never fixed correctly. I also have pictures as proof of all of this
