    My car was towed to Carter's towing on Harrisburg Pike on October 29, 2023 at around 3am after a car accident. *****, the owner, didn't ask for any verification that I was the owner. Had no paperwork to even see what my name was and then I get into my car...and someone stole everything out of it. But what's crazy is, they put my middle console and glove box back together like it was never touched. My beats, sub and amp...which they had to unscrew from the back on my seat. Would have taken a while, not some in and out job. Talked to the owner who screamed at me and said to take it up with insurance. He was asked to see the cameras. He said he couldn't get into it because someone had changed his password. How is this even real life? Then...we went to get my car on Friday, November 3rd to take it to another lot, because I didn't want him making anymore money off of my car, and he refused to allow us to get it. It was 3:50pm. They dont close until 5pm. He told me that he has a cut off time and he can do whatever he wants with his lot. So my car sat there another 3 days for my insurance to pay. This is unacceptable. I've been told this is a reoccurring thing with them.
