    I DONT RECOMMEND, attempted to take my books and close my account to avoid pay out.
    I sell textbooks and I recently discovered textbookrush. They had good reviews so I gave them a try. Had about 20 books ready I wanted to sell to them specifically. After packaging and the books and labeling them with the shipping labels they provided I dropped off the packages at the ***** and they scanned them in. Dropped off half on Sunday and Half on Monday. About an hour after I dropped off the second half. They emailed me and said they closed my account for fraud but did not provide a reason. I emailed them about it but they never responded. Luckily I was able to get my books from ***** before they were shipped. Or unfortunately I fear they would've just taken the books without pay. I decided to just stick to my usual sites for selling after this experience.

    I have sold many books to Textbook Rush over several years, but the last couple of years I have noticed an alarming trend. Textbook Rush has rejected and not returned several buyback books indicating the "publisher" questions authentication. I purchased these books from ****** so I know they are not unauthorized books. As a result, Textbook Rush has the books I submitted for buyback to resale and profit, while not issuing good faith payment or return of books. Unfortunately I am leaning not to use Textbook Rush for buyback of books because of the trend to reject authorized books and deny payment to the book seller. Seller beware.

    Easy to deal with, quick processing times and no hassle on book conditioning!! Initially was skeptical, but couldn’t speak higher of their service!

    Customer service has always been great and payments are issued promptly, but the website is difficult to work with, as pages take an unreasonably long time to load and refresh. I don't have this problem with other sites I use for book buybacks, so I don't think the problem is with my internet speed. Also, the quotes for buyouts are extremely fickle, so I try not to use TextbookRush unless I am willing to get stuck with inventory for months.

    I sent my textbook early September. On September 13th I received an email that my payment was being processed. It is now November 21st and I have not received my check for the buyback. I have sent about 5 emails to them already to handle this issue and no one responds. There is also no phone number to call on the website. It was a fairly new book. Textbook Rush, if you’re seeing this, my Buyback number is *******. HELP!!!!!!

    Textbookrush is a great place to sell textbook and their quotes are very good. I have been selling books to them since 2015 and never ones had an issue. You would ship your books to them and never get worry. If your book is rejected they would return it free of charge unlike other companies that never return rejected books they keep it to themselves and others would ask you to pay for the return. Thanks textbookrush
