    Easy and Quick. Fair price on buyback. I do wish you could do something with books that have highlighted pages but I do understand. I will continue dealings with Textbook Rush.

    Got an initial quote for my book for 26.86, that was in perfect shape. As the company received my book they changed the quote to 0.00 and they say I have to pay $8 to get my book back? If you aren’t going to accept with the initial price you quote at just start with 0.00 in the first place so I don’t have to waste my time and money packaging my book.

    It was fast and easy to send in my old textbooks and receive a check for them...they offered a fair price (I checked against other sites and my college's own buyback program) and made the process very simple. Will be using Textbook Rush again in the future!

    I ordered a book on 1/2/24. Today is 1/12/24 and I still don’t have the book. Sending me this survey before I have received what I ordered may not be a good idea. Tracking info hasn’t changed for 4 days. Not very helpful.

    Sent in two books and only received money for one. They don’t offer to send it back. I could have sold the book locally if I would have known they weren’t going to give any money for it. I wasted my time and lost the book.
