    Claimed one of my books I sent back had water damage. I never saw any water damage on it. They kept the book and didn’t pay me the $40 the quoted me.

    We checked our records, and the book from October of 2023 that was rejected due to water damage does have images in your account of the pages that caused it to be rejected. Also, we returned that book back to your address on your account at our expense as a courtesy. It was delivered on 10/23/23 .     We are sorry about the delivery timeframe on your most recent order. Your item shipped from a new partner warehouse we were using, and it was one of the initial shipments from them. We have improved that process and have added better messaging in the checkout cart so that customers have a better idea of the delivery timeframe if they choose one of those items.
