  I drove an hour from ********* to ************ for a 2017 **** Explorer for $7400 A few weeks later I couldnt be happier! *** and ***** are amazing people. Very professional and honest. I bought my explorer as-is and it doesnt need any repairs. They even gave me a BRAND NEW key fob and programmed it in about 10 minutes. I highly recommend Solid Rock Auto Group to anyone looking for a great used vehicle. Thanks again fellas.

  I am a disabled veteran and needed a new car. I came to solid rock to buy a vehicle on 1/22/24. Seller informed me about a new alternator that was bad and recently replaced on the car. I appreciated the honesty up front. That was mistake no. 1. I am aware of the adage buyer beware, especially when it comes to used auto purchases.However within 2 weeks of taking the car home, I had multiple check engine lights come on for EVAP systems, bad O2 sensors, and a vacuum leak. I bought it used, right? My mistake. Well after taking it to the garage, they found *3* bad wheel bearings, broken control arms, broken ball joints, bad AC compressor, serpentine belt tensioner, and bad calipers on the front brakes. Repairs of about $2800 total. ******** told me somebody likely hit something big to have sustained such damages. It is now March 8th and they STILL havent sent me the title to the car. I was told 3 times the they will get me the title. We will see today. Bought car on 1/22. Had check engine light on within 30 days. So that tells me they were using OBD II to clear codes and then put it back for sale on the lot. And then the light came back on after I had possession and drove the required drive cycles to pop the light. I wont be purchasing a car from this place ever again and I urge any buyer to buyer beware of this auto lot.

  This customer is correct we did advise him we replaced the alternator which as even in this complaint he had no issues with the alternator but lets' reveal what he purchased, he purchased a 2014 explorer with 209,000 miles on it and was SOLD AS IS due to the high mileage. He traded in a 2007 rwd ranger that we generously gave him 3000 dollars for so he could complete the transaction, he drove it then went home got his wife and came back for a second test drive he said he heard a noise and i TOLD him that I believed it needed a right rear wheel bearing but was not sure, he said that was fine. When you purchase any qualifying vehicle under 149,000 miles we provided a 3 month 5000 mile warranty and if anyone wishes to look we ar 4.9 rated on any other review website and this our FIRST complaint on BBB in 9 years, this is a unfortunate situation however as he states buyer beware that is correct when you purchase a 7000 dollar vehicle in today's economic time it's going to need work that's something we can not change we regret he DID NOT CALL us to see if we could offer any assistance or make the repairs at a lesser amount which we could have done but now that he has spent money we can't help. We again regret he has spent money and is dissatisfied unfortunately this is the result of todays financial strains on both the clients and us you need a cheaper vehicle we try to accommodate but in the end a cheap car is not always a sound investment. Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.Customers title was put in his name on 02/22/2024 and was lost in mail had to get him a duplicate and we then sent it with a 2 day tracking number that shows delivered as well.

  I would highly recommend solid rock auto. *** and ***** are excellent at what they do. They are personable, honest, and they make the process simple. I recently brought in a vehicle to be looked at and it ended up needing a new engine. Rather than just replacing it, *** first did some research on my behalf and found that the replacement would be covered by the original manufacturer. He even towed it over there for me. *** purchased two vehicles from him and Ill certainly be back for the next one. These guys are great.

  Solid Rock is awesome. They sold me a 2019 ******* ioniq and I love it!!! The car did have an issue with the check engine light being on however they fixed the issues present very quickly and the car runs so awesome now ?? ?? the buying process was easy, the environment was great, and it was a whole new experience for me entirely. I am happy to say I will be back again for my next car
