    We had been using this service for a very long time and never had any issues before now. Due to the rising cost and us being on a fixed income we decided to go with another trash service. When we contacted B's to let them know, the guy was very rude and stated we would be on his "black list". We had paid our last bill which covered 12/7/22 but I guess the "black list" started sooner, they didn't pick up our trash. I wonder how many other customers get ripped off by this company. If you are going to cancel your service make sure you wait until the last pick up from them.

    Reliable trash pickup, but the owner has a real chip on his shoulder with a bad attitude. We were with this company for over 20 years and we had to cancel because we are on a fixed income and he raised his prices a lot. He verbally berated me over the phone for not being loyal to him and accepting his terms. That’s all I needed to make sure I left! Then, I believe he cut off our removal date 2 weeks early.
