    I went to this business because they redo hardwood floors. The owner had a guy come to the house and talk with me about the floors. He was very knowledgeable and we agreed on a date. Unfortunately, the man had a heart attack and could no longer do the floors. The owner of the store said that he had another crew lined up and they do the same quality of work that the first man had. They came, we had to move out and we came back to our floors being destroyed. A man from Gibsonburg saw my pictures of my floors and felt so bad for us that he came and redid my floors. He said he’s been in this business since 1988 and these are the worst he has seen. We were told by the owner of the store that the floors could NOT be redone, which was a lie. We had the owner come to the house and explain why the new man from Gibsonburg could do my floors but his crew couldn’t. The owner admitted that floors were not good and that he should not have had the new crew do my floors. We paid him $2,500 cash and I told him that I should not be out any money since they did such a poor job. I told him that he is lucky that I do not have to replace my entire floors with new hardwood. They didn’t know how to use a sander and they put gauges in my floors. I’m seeking to get my $2,500 back and he said he would call and obviously never did. I’ve reached out to him several times and he will not answer my calls. I do have him on recording admitting to the crappy job plus we had a plumber at the house that heard him admit to everything.
