  I found a big tree leaning over my fence today at 2 PM. Thanks to Overhaul Property Maintenance for coming out the same day and expertly taking this tree down with no damage to my new fence. They were out and done by 4 PM. Awesome work! I would recommend Josh and team to anyone.

  The owner, Josh, has done work for me twice. Both times were tree and stump removals. He came to job site quickly, removed the trees, and ground down several stumps. I told him that I did not want the debris from the stumps & he cleaned up the ground material as requested. He did everything I askd him to do & everything hr said he would do.

  I contacted them for a tree removal in an urgent manner and the response time and quality of the work was completed in a professional manner at a very affordable price.   Damaged my brand new roof and gutters during tree work, did not tell us that a tree limb hit the roof or did damage, did not clean up the roof, left saw dust and tree limbs everywhere. When we saw the damage to the gutters I reached out to ask about it, left a voicemail asking if they could call back to discuss it and instead of calling me back, Josh text me immediately telling me he knew for a fact they didn't do damage and it was heresy. I explained that I had spoken with both our professional roofer and our home owners insurance to see what could be done for the damages and he then said to let him know what the roofer said after his review. I called him to let him know the roofer found two pierced shingles right above the damaged gutter where it was clear a limb had hit the roof during the work and the estimate the roofer had given for the repairs. Josh proceeded to tell me my options were to let him do the repairs because he wasn't going to pay that amount or goodluck filing with my home owner's insurance. Very unprofessional, rude, and unaccountable for what appears to have been an accident. I would not have cared that it happen if they would have been straightforward with us when it happened and offered to cover the repairs but instead tried to see if we wouldn't notice and then tried to intimidate me with regards to my "options" for the repairs.
