    I hired Cleveland Yardscapes to do a landscaping project and they didn't complete the job. I had to claw back a credit card payment and get the BBB involved. They finally did complete the project but it was months of stress and hassle.

    I hired Cleveland Yardscapes to complete a backyard project of mine in the summer of 2022. The entire project was filled with headaches. Throughout the project, they would disappear for weeks on end. The owner would promise to return and finish the work, yet he would not show up and create one excuse after another. When he did arrive, they worked from about 10:00 - 3:00 (on a good day). Even though the contact stated that I did not owe money until the end of the project, he would ask me for money every Friday, saying, "You know, if I don't have money to pay my workers, I can't be here next week." I would pay him a bit of what I owed, only to regret it on Monday when he did not arrive. Ultimately, the project was a complete disaster. He did not finish the work as contracted, and I now need to hire others to finish the project. He took an incredible amount of my money for work he never completed. What he did finish was poor quality as I have already had to re-do steps he built which were inferior quality. Be careful hiring Cleveland Yardscapes; they are not to be trusted.
