    Mr Watters was very polite and seemed quite professional when he & his apprentice visited my home. He very easily could have taken advantage of a request I had about work I had been told by the previous homeowner may be needed. He and his apprentice checked it out and he found no leaks. He said if I really wanted him to change out the pipes he could, but he felt I would just be wasting money. He then told me that if I do happen to find a leak to call him back out and there would be no additional service call. I also felt his prices were quite reasonable in comparison to some horror stories I have heard about what plumbers' charge. Going by this initial visit, I would be glad to recommend Watters Plumbing.

    Our initial experience with this company was fairly positive. We developed a leak in our 80 gallon hot water tank and had to have it replaced st a cost of $3600!
    As retired, older people it was a lot of cash to come up with! But the company waited a week for payment ( which was greatly appreciated by us)!
    Prior to the install we were surprised that the company was not up to date on the newer glass lined technology! We had done our homework and chose a model that had anti-leak technology and an extended warranty. He sermed reluctant to order it!
    At the install they did not leave the owner's manual for the unit ( notmally taped to the side) nor did we receive the paperwork for the extended warranty. We figured it would be sent to us and it never was.
    Here was our sign that not all was well: We developed a active leak onto the floor in one of our toilets. When we called for Service we were told that we would have to wait “five days for a service call”! It shocked us that they appeared unconcerned. So we turned off the water and drained the tank and waited it out!
    The morning of the appointment I received a reminder call from Trinity and when i tried to inquire as to the whereabouts of the owner's manual he just became rude, irritated and I was shocked!
    He told me that the manual had been left for us taped to the side of the unit ( and he had to leave the install early so he didnt know if his worker had left it)! it was simply not there!
    Not only that but he was cancelling our appointment that we had waited five days for because “ I was yelling st him” (I couldn't make myself heard over him talking over me)!
    It was unclear to me if he was upset about something else or was in a hurry and didn’t want to deal with what I was talking about., but a simple “ I’m sorry. I have no idea what happened to it, but You can request a replacement manual from the manufacturer”..should have sufficed.
    Never using this company AGAIN! Good work bad attitude!

    Mrs. Toirac. when we called to let you know we were on the way to fix your toilet leak you inquired about the water heater paperwork in a very loud aggravated tone. It was disrespectful, unwarranted and seemed accusatory. Even after calmly explaining to you that the warranty goes by the serial number on the water heater, you seemed to not be interested in hearing the explanation. We were not going to send anyone to service your toilet after becoming combative over the phone. We do not believe in sending our employees into a customers home to be disrespected. I'm sorry that you did not get the book for the water heater. You could have called to request one at anytime. We will send you a book for your water heater. Best wishes.

    Shame on this man for his mistreatment of us. I disagree with his “slanted version” of what took place and he is making excuses for BAD behavior on his part! It is CLEAR that he is NOT someone who takes responsibility for his poor customer service and would rather “be right than do what is right! We stated honestly what happened to us and he refuses to accept responsibility and that is on him! I would not recommend this company to anyone!

    Hello,
    I had a great experience with Watters Plumbing on 2 separate occasions. He treated me with the utmost respect and not only diagnosed the problem but showed me how to repair it myself to save money! On the second trip, he offered the same but the water heater needed to be replaced, it was too old and full of sediment. But, he showed me how to clean the new one so it would last longer.
    As a woman, I felt safe and respected. I recommend Watters Plumbing to everyone. His prices are very fair and he treated my home with respect and left everything in perfect order.

    Doesn’t show up when they tell you they will when you texted to find out why He doesn’t respond for hours then says he will be there the next day comes and states he ordered the wrong part will be back the next day that didn’t happen either when texted to find out where he was again texted he couldn’t get the part to call someone else very poor business don’t bother calling them
