- Refund and Exchange Policy
- In the event that I am unable to provide a pre-paid massage service on the pre-appointed day, attempt will be made to reschedule on another mutually acceptable day and time that is within my hours of operation. If for any reason I am unable to provide any pre-paid service within the time specified on the initial offer, I will cheerfully refund any unused prepaid hours. If for any reason the client is unable to keep a prepaid, pre-scheduled appointment, and notification is made 24-hours before the originally scheduled appointment, an attempt will be made to reschedule at a mutually-acceptable time. The appointment will be considered to be kept as promised with no refund due if the client does not show up and does not reschedule within 24 hours of the pre-scheduled time.
