Buyer beware! We purchased a motor from them and it was bad. The mechanic did everything they asked him to do and found it was a bad motor. When we pulled a carfax on the truck it came out of, it had been a rollover (no wonder it was bad). We had to contact them numerous times and then finally had to drive out there to get it taken care of. It was like pulling teeth to get our refund of $7,400!! We have dealt with many salvage yard motors over the years and never had this many problems out of a company. We will not do business with them again.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the issues you experienced with your engine purchase from two years ago. While our used engines typically have a high success rate, we understand that occasional exceptions can occur. After verifying that your mechanic had completed the installation, we promptly arranged for a freight truck to pick up the engine. Unfortunately, there was a delay as your mechanic was not ready to ship the engine until 10 days later. The transit time from Arizona to Ohio added an additional 7 days to the process. Once the engine arrived back at our facility, we conducted a thorough inspection and promptly issued a refund. It's important to note that we adhere to a policy of not refunding any amount of money sight unseen, ensuring that proper inspection procedures are followed. We recognize the frustration caused by the time it took to resolve this matter. Factors such as the distance involved, miscommunication with your mechanic, and the logistics of freight transport all contributed to the extended timeline. Additionally, the processing times involved with ****** added another layer of delay. We value your feedback and are continually working to improve our processes to prevent similar situations in the future. We appreciate your patience throughout this process and apologize for any inconvenience caused. If there's anything more we can do to assist you, please don't hesitate to reach out.
